The Magic Drops / Cover FX Custom Blot Drops Primer

Hi Beauties,

Everyone by now have heard of the Cover FX enhance highlighting drops. I know I went crazy over it and i wanted to know more of what they have. I had heard only a few things about this, but they were all super positive, so I decided to try it.This wasn’t cheap, but I think it’s totally worth it.

Cover FX Custom Blot Drops Primer

I’m back today to talk to you about new product that made it way into my base drawer.
It’s all looking pretty good isn’t it ?!

This product comes in a small glass bottle with a pipette. The product in itself is a very light gel that melts into the skin and soon becomes undetectable.

This product can be used at a primer, mixed into your foundation, or on top of foundation. In any case, the point of these custom blot drops is to control shine by controlling excess oil on the skin.

I tried all three ways to use it and personally I much prefer using them under my foundation, as a primer. I think that that’s how you get the best result.

In order to really test them out, I applied the blotting drops on one half of my face before applying my foundation, so as to be able to see the difference they make (or don’t make).

Typically, I like using my beauty blender to apply primers, but with this one, I like using my fingers with this one because there’s nothing else to absorb any of it. When I first used it, I used WAY to much of it, because I used the amount of the last primer I tried. I have super oily skin, and I only need two drops.

It feels pretty drying at first, but once you apply other products on top it’s fine. But you do have to wash your hands after, because it drys them out so much.

I don’t think that mixing the drops into foundation is the best idea because I feel like it affects the coverage of my foundations and the way it applies. I don’t really understand the point of mixing it into foundation over applying it before foundation.

My foundation goes on really well after using it, and lasts all day. Typically, I have to use a blotting sheet or powder a couple times a day, but with this primer I typically don’t have to do anything at all.

These drops can be worn alone, under or over makeup, or mixed with makeup to create a matte finish.

The secret to Custom Blot Drops is in its ingredients:
- Contains complex of ingredients that mattifies and visibly smoothes the skin - African Tree Bark visibly reduces the appearance of pores and minimizes shine - Cucumber Extract & Papaya Fruit soothe the skin

I really love this product. It does what it says it will do and it keeps me super matte throughout the entire day. If you have normal to dry skin, I don’t recommend this for you, but if you have oily skin, it is totally worth the money.

You don’t get a huge amount of product which is disappointing. But I love it anyway, and I’m pretty sure I’ll repurchase this.

WOULD YOU DARE TRY IT ?

Stay Toned !
XOXO
luka
