Shifting To Happy


Hi everyone and how have you all been ??
This year I took a challenge to be happy as much as i can and starting today I hope things will be different (: 

Today I'm taking a D tour for myself and i wanted to share it with you 
some days might come and you feel annoyed or mad so I'm telling you don't waste it like i did in the last year ,  get up and do something 
here's an example of what you can do ......

Simple Things You Can Do Today That Will Make You Happier...

1. Exercise more any kind of sport or simply walk - 10 minutes should be enough

2. Sleep more - you'll be less sensitive to negative emotions

3.Spend time with friends and family - you won't regret it

4. Take a bubble bath ـ the smell of soap will make you feel refreshed

5. Go outside - happiness is maximized at 13.9ْ C

6. Help others - 100 hours a year is the magical number

7. Practice smiling - it can alleviate pain and makes you laugh

8. Plan a trip - ( even if you can't go to one ) it awaken your adventure spirit

9. Meditate or enjoy soothing music - rewire your brain for peace and quite

10. Practice gratitude and be grateful - increase both happiness and self satisfaction

11.Read a book about something you love or for a writer you love - it Maximize your excitement

12.Write a story about you or thing you want or looking forward to have - it takes you to dream land

13.Eat or Cook your favorite food - comfort food makes you relaxed

14.Go shopping - even if you don't have a lot of money buy simple things it drives your anxiety out and help you forget it

15. put on some make_up and play dress up - it makes you sexy and beautiful


In Short My friends Do Whatever you love that you feel comfortable doing it
and always remember that your happiness comes first 
that's what we call living
