NYX LID LINGERIE IN SWEET CLOUD

An NYX product that was love at first swatch for me was the Lingerie Eye Tint.
While the NYX incredibly popular Lip Lingerie line-up offers full-coverage, matte liquid lipsticks, their new Lid Lingerie collection is quite the opposite. NYX Lid Lingerie Eye Tints are lightweight, pearl scent cream shadows that leave lids with a flush of soft color and gorgeous sparkle.
The range is predominantly neutral, I was immediately drawn to these shades, since most of it are nudes. The formula is quite sheer and lightweight with a velvety, mousse-like texture. They are designed to be like a soft wash of color and shimmer over the lid rather than an opaque, metallic shadow, so I like to apply a small amount to the lid then blend out with my finger or a synthetic brush.

The Collection contain 12 colors but as you know me I garbed the nudest of all

Sweet Cloud: In Rose Gold

Sweet Cloud is the dreamiest, metallic, burnt rose gold shade. It's gorgeous! It's intensely pigmented, which I love, and beautifully opaque when swatched. I chose a bronze shade to bring out the gold in my eyes and just a tiny amount of this makes them pop! It can be used to compliment so many eye looks.

Each product has a doe foot applicator, I find the quirky design brilliant in order to exert better control for precise application around the delicate eye area. Definitely beats using the fingers! They're really easy to use when you're on the go and don't have your palettes or brushes with you, or when you don't have much time to do your makeup.

I find a little goes a very, very long way so start with a small amount and work up the color as needed. They don’t have a super quick set which enables you to have plenty of time to blend and also to layer. Building is fairly easy and the product never goes cakey as you apply more but of course, you want to do this before it sets completely to avoid a mess. They do crease at around seven hours in but remain vibrant without color fading.

Stay Toned !
XOXO
